The day started with Mass to a filled capacity in the church. Light refreshments were served in the hall and then off the grandparents went to meet up with their grandchild. Special activities were done in PREK to Grade 3 classrooms. Grades 4 to 8 enjoyed several games of bingo! Everyone had a great time! Catholic Schools Week Activities Our CSW was filled with fun, learning and social ministry! We collected over 30 baskets for HOPE For All, a non-profit christian ministry that helps those less fortunate, that contained basic living necessities. We had a visit from two military parents who spoke about what their job entailed and their journey in this type of service. Seminarian James came in to speak about his vocation into the priesthood. Home and School treated the students to ice cream one day! They students wrote letters to the seminarians stating that they would pray for them. We were even given a special performance of THE RAINBOW FISH by our Drama Jr. Club. We love Catholic Schools Week!
